Powers up and functions as expected however there is a large bend in the switch as can be seen in the pictures. Doesn't seem to affect actual use but it looks like about 10-12 of the ports are inaccessable and now covered by the metal housing unless some repairs or alterations are done. 

Decent - Large bend on the switch. The sticker/plastic on the front with the port numbers is peeling off as can be seen in pictures. Right rack ear is very bent. Otherwise there is general wear and tear around the unit.
