30-DAY FREE RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for any reason — no questions asked. Return shipping is on us.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it — it does not need to be unused, but it must not have been intentionally damaged.
- You must contact us before sending a return so we can provide a prepaid return label.

PARTS EXCLUSION
Items listed as "parts," "parts only," "for parts," or similar designations are sold as-is and are NOT eligible for return unless the specific product listing explicitly states otherwise.
If a product listing for a parts item specifically notes that returns are accepted, those terms override this general exclusion and the standard 30-day free return policy will apply.
When in doubt, check the product description before purchasing. If you have a question about whether a specific item is returnable, contact us before placing your order.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Contact us at contact@sporadicsurplus.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Package the item securely and drop it off with the carrier indicated on the label.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if:
- The item shows damage that was not present at the time of delivery.
- The item is a parts-only listing not explicitly noted as returnable.
- The return is initiated after the 30-day window.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received an item that was damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@sporadicsurplus.com. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
